When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is:
- Austria: 1-3 business days
- Germany: 2-5 business days
- Switzerland / EU: 3-8 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes! After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package online at any time.
