Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to office@vynoa.at via the contact form on this website or via our withdrawal page (VYNOA).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
This reimbursement may take 5 to 7 working days.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Loss of Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Notice to Our Customers
Our Brainrot plush toys should be returned in a clean, undamaged condition without significant signs of use.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, plush toys can only be fully refunded if they are returned in a clean, undamaged condition without significant signs of use.
