📄 Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.vynoa.at , operated by YOUR NETWORK GmbH, Sieveringer Straße 194, 1190 Vienna, Austria.

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with YOUR NETWORK GmbH.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The contract is concluded once we confirm shipment of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Available payment methods include credit card, PayPal, SofortĂźberweisung, Klarna and other Shopify-supported payment methods.

5. Shipping

Delivery is carried out via our shipping partners after receipt of payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of YOUR NETWORK GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.

YOUR NETWORK GmbH is only liable for slight negligence in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
