Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

Purchase options such as pre-orders, delayed delivery orders or other special order types can be cancelled free of charge until the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We review each request individually and will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the order is a pre-order, it can be cancelled at any time before shipment without giving any reason. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.

These rules apply only to special purchase options. Regular orders can be cancelled in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
